An eventful night confronts Lena Odenthal and Johanna Stern with a Ludwigshafen neighborhood where respect for self-appointed "sheriffs" outweighs respect for the police. An ATM heist in downtown Ludwigshafen goes wrong: Dennis Lohberg is killed in the explosion. Lohberg was the leader of a local gang that included his brother Chris and his ex-girlfriend Fiona; both are now the focus of the investigation.
